8. Service
8.1 Cleaning
The exterior of the power source may be cleaned with a cloth dampened with a mild detergent and wrung
out. Disconnect mains power to the source before cleaning. Do not spray water or other cleaning agents
directly on the power source.
8.2 General
This section describes the suggested maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. The troubleshooting
procedure is divided into two sections. The first section deals with basic operation and connection of the
equipment. The second section requires opening the unit and using LED indicators and a simple
multimeter to troubleshoot the unit down to the module level. Only a qualified electronic technician
should attempt this level troubleshooting.

CAUSE
SOLUTION
Unit is overloaded
Remove overload
Unit is programmed to wrong voltage range.
Select correct voltage range.
Input line has fallen below spec. limit.
Check input supply voltage.
