SECTION 2. PREPARE YOUR MACHINE FOR SEWING

the bobbin winding spindle so
that the thread conies out on

5, Push the bobbin winding spindle to the right until it
dicks.

Holding onto end ot thread, depress the toot
control.
7, When ihe bobbin is slightly filled, stop the machine
and clip the thread coming Irom the bobbin.

Slowly start the machine again and wind the thread
until the bobbin stops.
NOTE: The Pattern Incticaior will read "SP" to show
the machine is winding the bobbin.

Push the bobbin winding
spindle to the left and dip
the thread.
10. Remove the bobbin.
11. Push in the clutch ior normal
sewmg oporauon.
NOTES: If you do not push m
the clutch, the machine
will not run when you
press the toot control.
Do not depress the loot
control while sliding
the bobbin winding
spindle in either
direction.
