Explanation: The CT Data Server name cannot be located during logon
processing. The status value is the status returned by the CT/DS name lookup

lookup routine.
This message indicates an internal error has occurred. The server name is
required for the create path service call which is issued during VU Server session
logon to verify access to CT/DS.
System Action: The VU Server uses the default name "SRVR01" as the CT/DS
server name and proceeds with SQL1 create path processing.
