Explanation: The Automatic Collection Task (ACT) was unable to analyze the
named NCP resource for an exception condition. This can occur during ACT
cleanup processing because the session monitoring the named NPALU was lost.
System Action: No exception conditions can be reported for the named
resource.
User Response: If ACT cleanup has been requested (as expressed by message
KN3AF142), no response is required. Otherwise, contact Candle Support
Services.

KN3AF154 TOPOLOGY UPDATE FUNCTIONS INITIALIZATION FAILED

Explanation: The Automatic Collection Task (ACT) initialization of NCP
topology update functions failed.
