Explanation: The amount of storage reserved in the CT/Engine control block
$ARB is not sufficient for the amount used by the VTAM RPL generated.
System Action: After any subsequent startup modules are invoked, CT/Engine
terminates.

and the MVS system log. Determine your system’s VTAM release level, then
contact Candle Customer Support.
