Explanation: The ETE response time monitor component is currently disabled.
This is the initial default when the product is installed. The ETE feature must be
specifically enabled after first verifying that system incompatibilities do not exist.
System Action: All ETE response time monitor functions are disabled.
User Response: Refer to the OMEGAMON II for VTAM instructions shipped
with the product, the OMEGAMON II for VTAM CCUST., and the End-to-End
Response Time Feature

activating the ETE response time component.
