This menu allows you to copy, delete, rename or print a document.
The procedures for copying, deleting and renaming are identical to those in the
FILE
MANAGE
menu described elsewhere and will not be repeated here. They are duplicated
within the wordprocessor for convenience, so that you do not have to exit the
wordprocessor and call up the
FILE MANAGE
menu when you want to copy, delete or
rename a document,

Type in the page number ofthe document from which you wish printingto start, from
1 to 999, The default value is 1,

Use the
[R INDEX]

[INDEX]
keys to view the following items.

Type in the page number at which you wish printingto end, from I to 999. This must
be greaterthan the starting page number. If you leave it set at the default value of999,
all pages of the document will be printed,
