Backup Printing Option
When you choose FAX: ON in the Message Center mode, all incoming fax
messages are stored in the available raemorj^ for retrieval. To print a backup copy
automatically, turn this option on.
Press [Funciionl, 3], [2]. The screen prompts you to select a setting,

Printing a Fax Message
Once you print a new fax message stored in memory, it is erased from the memory
automatically.
Press [3^. After two seconds, the machine begins to play voice messages.
12 After playing voice messages, the display asks if you want to print fax
messages that are in the memory. There is no display message if there are no
faxes.
