Recording Message Center
Outgoing Message
Recording the Message Center Outgoing Message (MSG CTR OGM) is the second
step you need to follow before you can turn on the Message Center, Make sure
your OGM is less than 20 seconds long.
1 Press iFunctionL [U, [6], The screen prompts you to choose an OGM.

This is the only setting you can select if you want to turn the Message Center on.

4 Press iRetordf then pick up the handset to record a message.
For example: Hello. We are unable to take your call at this time.
Please leave a message after the signal If you ivish to sm%d a fax, please
press '’^51, waitfor fax tones, then the start button on your machine.
5 Replace the handset. The Message Center plays your OGM.
6 Press to exit.
Listening to Outgoing Message (OGM)
1 Press |Functionl.r8l'[T|.
2 Press 0] or [E to select MSG CTR OGM or F/T OGM.
, 3 Press ® when the screen displays your selection.
4 Press to hear the OGM. Adjust volume by pressing iModej or [Resolufionl.
5 Press to exit.
Erasing Outgoing Message (OGM)
