Using the Slot-Load
CD-ROM Drive
To use the slot-load CD-ROM drive, complete the following
steps:
1. Turn on the computer, if it is not already on.
2. Hold the compact disc
1 by the edges, being careful not to
touch the flat surfaces of the disc, and insert it into the slot
2.
Using the Slot-Load CD-ROM Drive
The drive performs a diagnostic check and automatically
begins reading the table of contents (TOC). The busy
indicator turns amber while the drive reads the TOC.
