Digital Outputs Command
It allows control to the outputs status in EtHnEt mode (see Section 2.10 on page 27)
Bit a 1: output is closed; Bit a 0: output is open.
Setting bit 15 to 1 on the PLC, DeviceNet takes control of all the outputs, even if they are in different modes.
