Remove the six 1/4-20 x 1-inch screws securing the wheel clamp cover. Remove
the cover and set the cover and screws aside.

Place the wheel clamp on the carriage. Align the four holes on the wheel clamp
with the holes on the carriage.

Secure the wheel clamp to the carriage using four 3/8-16 x 1/2-inch bolts,
lockwashers and flat washers.
