Troubleshooting
Even if you think your camera may need repairs, check the table
below first If your camera still does not function properly after you
have made these checks, bring it to your nearest Canon service
center for repairs
Problem
1 The green
lamp doesn't
light up
2 The shuUer
doesn’t
release
3. Pictures are
blurry
4 The back
cover does not
open
Cause
1 The battery has expired
2 The battery is inserted
with the wrong polarity
1 The mode selecting dial
IS turned OFF
2 The battery has expired
3 The film is not inserted

4 A finished roll of film is
loaded in the camera
When the shutter was
released, Ihe AF light
receptor was covered
During self-timer
photography, you
