Q.1 Can slide film be used with this camera?
A.1 Slide film can be used on land but It cannot be used
underwater. Use DX-coded film with a speed of ISO
25, 50, too, 200, 400, 800, 1600 and 3200.
Q.2 What is ISO?
A.2 The ISO number indicates the film’s sensitivity to
light In numerical terms. The higher the number, the
more sensitive to light the film Is. For ordinary
photography ISO 200 or 400 film Is recommended.
Q.3 Can films other than DX-coded films be used?
A.3 Yes, they can. ISO 25 film or non-DX-coded film are
not automatically taken up. Press the shutter button
until “1” appears in the frame counter. All non-DX-
coded film cartridges are automatically registered
as ISO 25.
Q.4 What are the Parallax correction lines in the
viewfinder?
A.4 When taking close-up pictures (0.45m/1.5ft.),
compose your picture within these lines.
