Expands and simplifies an algebraic expression, modulo
the current modulus.

The expanded and simplified expression modulo the
current modulus.
Exact mode must be set (flag -105 clear).
Numeric mode must not be set (flag -03 clear).
Expand the following expression and give the result
modulo 3 (the default modulo setting):
