Notes on marking
• Make sure you mark index signals at more than
two-minute intervals. Otherwise, you may not
be able to search tor them correctly.
• It you stop recording while the index signal is
being marked (the INDEX MARK indicator
lights on the LCD screen), the search mav not
be completed correctly.
• If you mark an index signal on the tape with
the Data Code, the Data Code will bt> erased at
the point on which the index signal is marked.
When playing back this tape, the camcorder
keeps displaving the Data Code immediately
before the erased one.
• A black band appears when you mark the
index signal during playback, and you cannot
hear the sound. This does not affect the picture
and the sound that are already recorded.
• An index signal is marked automatically wlien
V(H] start recording with the LOWER su'itch to
VTR. When vou start recording from recording
pause mode, however, an index signal is not
marked.
• \’ou cannot mark an index signal on a tape v\'ith
the red mark on the cassette exposed.
• ^'oLi cannot mark an index v\'ht‘n you set
S'l ART/STOL modi : to i or 5SEC.
Notas sobre el marcado
• Cerciórese de marcar señales de índice a
intervalos de más de dos minutos. En caso
contrario no podrá buscarlas correctamente.
• Si detiene la grabación mientras se marca la
señal de índice (el indicador INDEX MARK se
ilumina en la pantalla ECD), es posible que la
búsqueda no se realice correctamente.
• Si marca en la cinta una señal de índice con el
código de datos, éste se borrará en el punto en
que sc‘ ha marcado la señal de índice. Al
reproducir esta cinta, la videocámara siempre
mostrará el código de datos inmediatamente
anterior ai borrado.
• Cuando se marca una señal de índice durante l
reproducción, aparece una banda negra v no
puede escucharse el sonido. Esto no afecta a la
imagen y al sonido ya grabados.
• Con el interruptor POWER ajustado en \' I R, se
marcará automáticamente una señal de índice
a! iniciar l obstante, si inicia la
grabación desde el modo de pausa de grabaciisi
no se marcará ninguna señal de índice.
• No es posible marcar señales de índice en cintas
c<.)n la marca roja dcd c’ideocassette al
di-scubierto.
• .No es posible insertar un índice cuando
START/STOP MOláE se ajusta en Á o 5SEC.
