One of the devices is
attempting to use one or more
resources assigned to the
system's boot device. Perform the following procedure:
1. Start the ICU.
2. Identify the card marked config err.
This card is attempting to use one or more
resources required by the system's boot device.
3. Follow the procedure for the preceding error
message in this table.
