Cleaning out Meters
Precision Meter
Refer to Figure 62
1. Place a bucket or pan under meter to catch any
seed during cleanout.
2. Twist the seed hose to align the tabs with the
slots in the meter opening and remove hose.

3. Pull cleanout door away from the opening and al-
low seed to fall.
4. Remove the seed meter wheel for thorough
cleaning. Refer to “Changing Seed Meter
Wheels,” page 44 for more information.
Finger Pickup Meter
