12. Press the

Power

button and turn on the printer.

13. Press the

Sel

button and take the printer Off Line.

14. Press the

Reset

button while holding down the

Shift

button.

15. When you see “RESET PRINTER” on the LCD panel, press the ▲

(UP) or ▼ (DOWN) button and select “RESET PARTS LIFE” . Press
the

Set

button and select “FUSER UNIT” with the ▲ (UP) or ▼

(DOWN) button.

16. Press the

Set

button, the printer is now On Line.

Caution

Please be careful when replacing the Fusing Unit. Do not place pressure
on the Fusing Unit; it should fit in easily. If it does not, make sure the
Fusing Unit connector is free to move.
Do not apply force! It could damage both the Fusing Unit and the printer.
