Specifying Settings (for Windows)

Click the [Properties] on the Print dialog box to display the Printing
Preferences dialog box.

Click the Setup tab (KONICA MINOLTA PCL or KONICA MINOLTA PS
driver).

Click the [User Authentication/Account Track].

Select the “Account Tack” check box, and then enter the account
name and password.
A default account name can be registered and used instead of entering
an account name for each job.

After specifying the settings, click the [OK] to begin printing.
If the entered account name is a name registered on this machine, the
job is printed and counted as a job for the account.
