When “Save in User Box” or “Save in User Box and Print” is selected,
specify the file name and box number in the dialog box that appears for
entering the file name and user box number.

Proof and Printing

When a print job is sent, this machine stops printing temporarily after
part of the document has been printed. The remaining print job is
stored in this machine as a print job. When printing multiple copies, you
can print the remaining part of the print job after checking the print re-
sults.
To print, display the Held Jobs list of the Job List screen in this ma-
chine’s control panel, and then touch [Release Held Job].
