The FAX Cover Sheet Setting dialog box appears again.

Select the cover sheet size in “Cover Size” drop-down list.

The Printing Preferences dialog box appears again.

To erase all of the changed settings, click the [Restore Defaults] on the
FAX Cover Sheet Setting dialog box.
