6.5 Specifying the PostScript Tab Settings
Output of Job
Set whether to output the job to the printer, or as a Encapsulated PostScript
file.

Click the PostScript tab.

Select “To Printer” or “Encapsulated PostScript” from the job output.

When you select “Encapsulated PostScript”, you should set the File
Name. Click and set a file name. If you do not a file name here, you
will be prompted to enter a file name each time you print.
Compressing the Job
Set whether or not to compress the job as follows. Print data is compressed
so that the printing speed is a little improved.

Click the PostScript tab.

Select “LZW” or “Flate” from the “Job Compression” pull down list in
the Setting.
– If you select “Flate”, then you can select the Flate compression type
from the “Flate Compression” pull down list.
