Specifying User Authentication Settings
If user authentication settings have been specified on this machine, a user
name must be entered.

Click the Setup tab.

Click the [User Authentication/Account Track].

Select the “User Authentication” check box and select “Recipient Us-
er”, and then enter the user name and password.

Click the [OK].

Note
If this machine has been set to permit public users, the machine can be
used without a user name and password.
For user authentication settings, consult the administrator of this ma-
chine.
