Prohibiting the fax sending function (Restrict Fax TX)
Set whether fax sending is prohibited or not.
If [Restrict Fax TX] is set to [ON], the fax function is not displayed on the Fax/
Scan screen.
Restrict Fax TX: ON/OFF*

The fax sending function is prohibited.
* is a default value at the time of purchase.

ministrator Settings screen” on page 9-4.

Touch [Security Settings].

Some items may not be displayed according to setting options.

In the Utility mode, numbers displayed on buttons can be entered
and selected with the keypad. For [Security Settings], enter [0] with
the keypad.
