Setting initial value of E-mail text
Here, the text set as initial value is used by internet fax transmission. The fol-
lowing procedure describes how to set initial value of E-mail text.

Display Create One-Touch Destination screen.
– For details on display methods of Create One-Touch Destination
screen, refer to “Displaying the fax registration screen” on
page 8-2.

Touch [E-Mail Settings].
– In the Utility mode, numbers displayed on buttons can be entered
and selected with the keypad. For [E-Mail Settings], enter [4] with
the keypad.

Touch [E-mail Body].

Select the E-mail Body to be set in initial value and then touch [Set as
Default].
– Touch [ ↓] or [↑] to go to next or previous page.
