Specify the original name and Touch [OK].
– When an original name is not specified, the original is named auto-
matically. For details on original name, refer to “Sending a fax after
specifying the filename of the scanned data (Document Name)” on
page 6-31.
– When original name is changed, [Document Name] of [Scan Set-
tings] is also changed correspondingly.

Touch [Subject].

Specify the Subject.
– If the desired Subject is already registered, select the Subject from
the list and touch [OK].
– Subject can be registered in Utility mode. For details on [E-Mail
Subject] of the Utility mode, refer to “Registering E-mail subject and
text” on page 8-34.
