Select the received document which is to be printed and touch [Print
List].
– Touch [
↑] or [↓], to display the next or previous screen.
– Touch [Cancel] to stop the operation.
The specified received document is printed.
Deleting received documents
Follow the procedure given below to delete received documents stored in
memory.

Touch [File Document].

Touch [System User Box].

Touch [Memory RX User Box] and then touch [OK].

Enter the password and touch [OK].
– Press [C] (clear) key to clear all entered content.

Select the received document which is to be deleted and touch [De-
lete].
– Touch [ ↑] or [↓], to display the next or previous screen.
– Touch [Cancel] to stop the operation.

Touch [Yes] on the displayed confirmation screen and then touch [OK].
– To stop the deletion, touch [No] and then touch [OK].
The specified received document is deleted.
