Enter subject in the displayed screen and then touch [OK].
– Up to 64 characters can be input for E-mail subject.
– For details on text input operation, refer to “Entering text” on
page 11-3.

Touch [OK].
– Touch [Cancel] to discontinue the registration.
The registrations are executed and displayed in a list.

Touch [Close].
– Returns to procedure 4 when the registration of subject is contin-
ued.

Touch [Close] until it returns to Fax/Scan screen.
Changing E-mail subject
The following procedure describes how to change E-mail subject.

Display Create One-Touch Destination screen.
– For details on display methods of Create One-Touch Destination
screen, refer to “Displaying the fax registration screen” on
page 8-2.

Touch [E-Mail Settings].
– In the Utility mode, numbers displayed on buttons can be entered
and selected with the keypad. For [E-Mail Settings], enter [4] with
the keypad.
