Touch [Fax Header Settings].

Specify whether to add the fax header.
– In European models, if [Header Position] of the Utility mode is set to
[OFF] and [Fax Header Settings] is changed to [Yes] from the Fax
Header Settings screen, the header information is added outside
the original.
– In North American models, [Header Position] of the Utility mode
cannot be set to [OFF].

Select the desired sender name from the list to change the sender
name.

Touch [OK].
Returns to Communication Settings screen.

Touch [Close].
Returns to Fax/Scan screen.
