Select the destination to be changed and then touch [Edit].
– The registration number cannot be changed from the Edit screen.

Select the item to be changed, change the contents on displayed
screen and then touch [OK].
– For details on respective settings, refer to “Registering the E-mail
address in Address Book” on page 8-4 and “Registering IP Ad-
dresses in Address Book” on page 8-7.
– Touch [Stop] to discontinue the change.

Check the changed contents and then touch [OK].

Touch [Close].
– Return to procedure 4 to continue changes.

Touch [Close] until it returns to Fax/Scan screen.
Deleting Address Book destinations
Follow the procedure given below to delete destination from the Address Book.

Reminder
If a destination is deleted, it is also deleted from the Group destinations
and Program destinations that are using the deleted destination.
