work error exists, such
as an unplugged cable.
• Switch the main power
supply OFF/ON, and
then try sending the fax
again.
N20 Memory error Memory over-

• Check that there are no
other jobs being proc-
essed.
• Decrease the number of
pages to be set, reduce
the scanning resolution,
and try sending the fax
again.
N21 HDD error HDD error OFF HDD is full.
• Delete unwanted files.
