Changing the Address Book
Follow the procedure given below to change the Address Book.

Display Create One-Touch Destination screen.

For details on display methods of Create One-Touch Destination
screen, refer to “Displaying the fax registration screen” on
page 8-2.

Touch [Address Book (Public)].
–
In the Utility mode, numbers displayed on buttons can be entered
and selected with the keypad. For [Address Book (Public)], enter [1]
with the keypad.

Touch destination type that is to be changed.
–
Touch [Internet Fax], to change Address Book destination of inter-
net fax.
–
Touch [IP Address Fax], to change Address Book of IP address fax
transmission.
