2.15 Checking the communication result
Communication result in job list can be checked.
Following items on the Job History list screen can be checked.

Item Description
Address Type Address types (Fax, E-Mail Addr., FTP file, SMB file, TWAIN
Others) are displayed.
Address Fax number, E-mail address, User Box name etc. of recipient is
displayed.
Time Stored The time that specifies the sending time is displayed. The time is
displayed as hours and minutes for the current day, and it is dis-
played as the month and day for other days.
Org. Number of sent pages is displayed.
Result Transmission result (Job Complete, Deleted by User, Deleted Due
To Error) is displayed.
Item Description
User Name User name is displayed during user authentication and account
name is displayed during account track. When there is a case other
than this, registration destination such as COPY, PRINT, and FAX-
RX etc. are displayed.
Document Name The received and saved original name is displayed.
Time Stored Time when document is received is displayed. The time is dis-
played as hours and minutes for the current day, and it is displayed
as the month and day for other days.
Org. Number of received pages is displayed.
Result Reception result (Job Complete, Deleted by User, Deleted Due to
Error) is displayed.
