Troubleshooting with the Error Message Table
Error Message Cause Solution

Lam Card Jam
A jam occurred somewhere
between the Printer and the
Laminator Open covers and clear the
obstruction/jam
# 52
Lam Generic Error
Laminator firmware error Cycle power and try again.
If this problem persists call for
technical assistance.
# 48
Check Lam Power
Lam is connected but not
powered. Power off the Printer, power the
Laminator, and then power on
the Printer.
A damaged Flipper board, E-
Card board, or EEPROM could
potentially result in this same
error.
Lam Heater Off See the next column. If this problem persists, call for
technical assistance.
