Antes de ponerse en contacto con un centro de servicio autorizado de
Samsung, realice las siguientes comprobaciones.
Es posible que le ahorren el tiempo y el coste de una llamada innecesaria.

Low Battery
(Batería baja)
La batería
está casi
descargada.
Sustituya por una batería cargada o conecte el
adaptador de alimentación de CA. (Si el adaptador
de alimentación de CA está conectado cuando
aparece “Low Battery” (Batería baja), la unidad se
apaga y se inicia la carga.)
Cover is opened
(Tapa abierta)
La tapa está
abierta.
Cierre la tapa.
Discos
Mensaje Icono Indica que... Posible solución
Insert Disc
(Insertar disco)
No hay disco en la
videocámara con DVD.
Inserte un disco.
Disc Full
(Disco lleno)
No hay espacio suficiente
en el disco.
Cambie a un nuevo disco. Borre la imagen
grabada.
Finalized Disc
(¡Disco finalizado!)
El disco está finalizado.
Para grabar en un disco DVD-RW/+RW,
anule la finalización.
Not Supported
Disc (Disco no
admitido)
El disco no lo reconoce la
videocámara con DVD.
El disco se finaliza en las
videocámaras fabricadas
por otras compañías.
Los discos compatibles son DVD-R,
DVD+R DL, DVD-RW y DVD+RW. Utilice
un disco nuevo.
Disc Error
(Error en disco)
El sistema de archivos no
coincide con el disco.
Se ha formateado el disco
en la PC.
Vuelva a formatear el disco para –
RW/+RW.
La superficie del disco no debe tener
arañazos.
Write Error
(Error de escr.)
El disco o la tarjeta de
memoria tiene algunos
problemas al grabar los
datos.
Para recuperar los datos anteriores de
un disco o tarjeta de memoria, apague y
encienda la unidad.
Se sacudió el disco
mientras se grababa vídeo
en el disco.
Tras la recuperación de datos, el sistema
cambiará al modo STBY (ESP). Si falla
la recuperación de datos, aparece “Disc
Error” (Error de disco) o “Card Error”
(Error de tarjeta).

Replace with a charged battery or connect the
AC power adaptor. (If the AC power adaptor is
connected when “Low Battery” is displayed, the
power is turned off and the charging starts.)

Cover is opened. Close the cover.
Discs
Message Icon Informs that... Action
Insert Disc
There is no disc in DVD
camcorder.
Insert a disc.
Disc Full There is not enough disc space.
Change to a new disc. Erase
recorded image.
Finalized Disc The disc is finalized.
To record on a DVD-RW/+RW
disc, unfinalize it.
Not Supported
Disc
The disc is not recognized in
the DVD camcorder. The disc
is finalized in the camcorders
manufactured by other
companies.
The supported discs are DVD-R,
DVD+R DL, DVD-RW and
DVD+RW. Use a new disc.
Disc Error
File system does not match to
the disc.
Disc is formatted in the PC.
Reformat the disc for –RW/+RW.
There should be no scratches
on the surface of the disc.
Write Error
Your disc or memory card has
some problems in writing data.
To recover previous data in your
disc or memory card, turn the
power off and on.
Disc is shocked while movies is
being recorded onto the disc.
After recovering data, the
system will be switched to STBY
mode. If it fails to recover data,
“Disc Error” or “Card Error”
appear.
