This error occurs when data collection for a
particular switch or all switches fails. There
can be one or more reasons for this, such as:

respond to some OIDs while collecting the
switch data. A switch does not respond if
the SNMP data type does not match with
the standard data types for the switch's
SNMP agent.

This error occurs when a particular IP address
does not respond to the SNMP query. There
can be one or more reasons for this, such as:

This error occurs when SAN Visibility software
fails to send the packaged report to HP. There
can be one or more reasons for this, such as:

Data Collection tab is not a valid SMTP
server.

Security policy settings on the SMTP server
allow only authenticated users to submit
mail for subsequent delivery. The SMTP
server does not accept email submissions
from anonymous users.

An Exchange server name is specified as
the SMTP server.
•
Client does not have permissions to send
on behalf of ‘From' address. The session
does not have the
ms-Exch-SMTP-Accept-Any-Sender
permission.
