INSTALLATION
The following files are available on the VALcare CD-ROM:
NOTE: N If PACTware 3 .0 is not yet installed, start here . If PACTware 3 .0 is installed, go to “Installing Comm DTM” on page 9 .
Installing .net Extension
Install the .net extension if your system is based on Windows® NT 4 .0 as of Service Pack 4, Windows 2000 or Windows XP .
Installing PACTware
1 . Click setup.exe .
2 . Select a language .
3 . Confirm the license agreement .
4 . Select the setup type—either user-defined or complete .
The user-defined setup lets you specify a target directory for PACTware
and to exclude some components from the installation .
The setup wizard guides you though the installation .
NOTE: N If PACTware 3 .0 is already installed, start here .
Installing Comm DTM
To install FoxCom, EDCom and IRCom Device DTM:
1 . Click modeminstall.exe .
2 . Confirm the license agreement .
3 . Select the setup type—either user-defined or complete .
