PMLCTimeout

Controls the timeout of receiving LC response during PM entry
handshake, which is the time between LGO_U1, LGO_U2, or
LGO_U3 to LAU or LXU and the time between LAU to LPMA.
Example: Set PMLCTimeout = 40
Possible values are:
number of nanoseconds for PMLC timeout.
0xFFFFFFFF # AUTO (as defined by spec)
Default value: AUTO (0xFFFFFFFF)
