This register controls the behavior of SKP generator. The SKP generator can work automatically or based
on the interval time programmed by user through this command. In addition, it permits to control the
number of pending SKP requests before trying to send them.

least 3 requests.
3: Keep 3 requests. Send SKP sequence when there are 4
requests.
