LTSSM_SETTING
(Offset in the Register Area: 0x0200)
This register allows controlling the LTSSM operation through enabling/disabling of different handshakes.
It can disable the Polling.LFPS handshaking in LTSSM and cause to jump from RX_Detect to
Polling.Active directly. Also, it can disable any of the handshakes required in different steps of link training
and force the LTSSM to just move forward through training sub-states after sending appropriate number
of TS OrderedSets.
