Limits: = available colors
= width of page in pixels
= height of page in lines
= position of left edge of page in pixels

Query Syntax: None
Description: Fills a rectangular area (page or block) with a character that
repeats horizontally and vertically. The parameter sets
the color used to draw the character. The and
parameters determine the size of the block to be filled. The
and parameters determine the top left corner of the block.
The parameter selects which font is used to draw
the character. The parameter selects a specific
character (by number). For full alphanumeric fonts, the character
number is the same as the character’s ASCII code number. The
spacing between the characters is fixed by the character block
size in the font and cannot be changed. Partial characters are
not drawn to completely fill the rectangular area. Rather, the
largest possible block of full characters is centered in the
rectangular area.
