4. Click File
→ Print.
The Print dialog box appears.
5. Make the following selections in the PostScript driver (Windows 2000, Windows
Me/98/95, Windows NT 4.0):
• Paper size = Com-9, Com-10, Monarch, DL, C5 or C4.
• Paper source = Multi-Purpose Tray
• Paper Type = Medium Heavy
6. Click OK and print the document.
Printing Envelopes Using the Macintosh
1. Open the document in the application.
2. Load the envelopes print side up, return address toward you and to the left, in the Multi-
Purpose Tray.
