4. Click File
→ Print.
The Print dialog box appears.
5. Make sure the OKI C9200 or C9400 PCL printer is selected, then click Properties (or
Setup, or your application's equivalent).
6. In the Paper tab, make the following selections:
• Size = Com-9, Com-10, Monarch, DL, C5 or C4
• Source = Multi-Purpose Tray
• Media Type = Medium Heavy
7. Click OK and print the document.
Printing Envelopes Using the Windows PostScript Driver
1. Open the document in the application.
2. Load the envelopes print side up, return address toward you and to the left, in the Multi-
Purpose Tray.

3. Open the straight-through exit tray.
