The Output turns TRUE ONLY when both of the Inputs are TRUE. If either or both of the
Inputs are FALSE, the Output is FALSE.

Data/Logic Signal: Two Logic (TRUE/FALSE) type.

Enable: None
OUTPUTS:
Output Signal: Logic type.
