Recording Movies
C
This mode lets you record movies and sound.

Press the C button.
The following information appears on the
LCD monitor.
1 Movie mode icon
2 Recording indicator (blinks during
recording)
3 Remaining recording time
Press the zoom lever up or down to change
the captured area.
* : enlarges the subject
/ : enlarges the area captured by the camera

Press the shutter release button fully.
Recording starts.
The zoom can only be used in the digital zoom range during movie
recording.
Recording Movies
• Press the C button to switch from A or O mode to C mode.
However, recording will stop if you switch to C mode while
recording in O mode.
• The flash will not discharge in C mode.
• The focus is locked while recording in C mode.
