to select [My Menu].

The selected function is saved in
[My Menu].

[My Menu] appears.

The quick menu appears.
If the selected item appears at the top,
[Downward] is highlighted. If the selected
item appears in any other position, [Upward]
is highlighted.
Upward
: Moves the selected item up
one field
Downward : Moves the selected item down one field
Delete
: Deletes the selected item

Use the four-way controller (23) to choose an item
and press the center button.
The menu item is moved or deleted.
• Any function in the [A Rec. Mode], [Q Playback] or [u Set-up]
menu can be saved in [My Menu].
• [My Menu] settings are not returned to the defaults (with no
function saved) by selecting [Reset] on the [u Set-up] menu.
Delete the settings one by one.
