Charging the battery CHAPTER 1
Charging the battery
Before using your Palm Treo 700w smartphone, you need to charge the
battery. See “Battery life” on page 34 for tips on maximizing the life of
your smartphone’s battery.
[ ! ] IMPORTANT Charge the battery for 3.5 hours, or until the indicator
light is solid green.
1. Plug the AC charger into a wall outlet. If necessary, connect an
adapter.
2. With the arrow on the connector facing up (toward your
smartphone screen), connect the charger cable to the bottom of
your smartphone.
