Make a scan
To scan an original to file is an easy operation. If the settings (see ‘Settings to
scan’ on page 77) are correct, you must press the Start key
on the scanner
operator panel.

How to make a scan

Place your original face-down, right aligned along the original guide.

Select the appropriate original type.

Press the Output key to select ‘File’.

Select a Destination (see ‘Destinations’ on page 86).

Press the Start key

The original is scanned.
Note:
Select auto-feed on/off, rewind original on/off, and release paper
on/off in the ‘scanner’ menu on the scanner panel (see ‘Menu structure Océ
TDS400 Scanner’ on page 82). When release paper is enabled, the original
will be fully released after it is scanned.

On the controller, Océ View Station LT starts, to show the result of the scan
(see Figure 16).
