8 Hot-plug components
This chapter explains how to handle the hot-plug components within the
Customer-Self-Service (CSS) concept and how to make hardware changes to
your system unit in general (e.g. adding or replacing hot-plug power supply units
or hot-plug fan modules).

Further information on the CSS concept is provided in the "Customer
Self Service (CSS)" manual on the ServerView Suite DVD 2.
Upgrades, conversions or replacement of non-CSS components are
described in the Technical Manual of the Server Blade and should only
be carried out by authorized, qualified personnel.
